The Wall St. Journal is reporting that Ford will unveil a new all-electric vehicle at its 2018 North American International Auto Show in Detroit this week.
The company’s upcoming plug-in hybrid Focus Electric SUV will come equipped with a new 3.7-liter V6 engine.
The automaker is expected to unveil a full production version of the new electric vehicle at the show.
The new Focus Electric will likely have a range of 100 miles.
The new Focus EV will be available in two different models: the Focus Electric Sport and Focus Electric Plus.
Ford will also unveil a plug- in hybrid Focus EV at the North American Show next week.
In 2018, Ford said it plans to sell more than a million electric vehicles worldwide, according to the company.
